Fluid tech Manifold Manufacturing Service

As a manifold manufacturer, our machine tools allow us to produce manifolds up to about 8” x 8” x 24”.  Contact us if your application requires a larger manifold and we will work with you to accommodate your request. 

Most of our hydraulic manifold blocks are made of 6061-T6 aluminum, but we also use ductile iron and steel where needed and requested. 

Fluid Tech aluminum manifolds are available in a variety of colored anodized surfaces. Iron and steel manifolds are available in a variety of coated finishes. 

As the final step of our manufacturing process, we can install all valves your custom manifold requires. Providing you with a complete hydraulic integrated circuit (HIC) and saving you time over installing the valves yourself.  

Our variety of machine tools allow for fast prototyping to expedite our HIC manifold design process. These machines can also be used for a one-off purchase if you are only looking for a single manifold. 

Our CNC equipment is fixtured and programmed for rapid and repeatable set-ups so we can easily handle short runs and partial releases of larger orders. This means that we can handle any volume you may need. 

The use of an automated pallet change (FASTEMS) system on our new machine cell produces a cost-effective product regardless of run quantity. This also allows us to run our manufacturing operations day and night if need be.
